Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Our phone lines open at 9 am. The SurgiCenter is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Greater Chesapeake Hand to Shoulder and they will contact us.
If you have an urgent need outside of our regular office hours, please call (410) 296-6232. A doctor is on-call 24 hours a day.
All patient co-payments are due at the time services are rendered. Large deductible plans may require a deposit at the time of treatment and/or surgery.

We encourage patients to pay their bills for GCHS Professional Services and for the Lutherville SurgiCenter fee online thru our convenient and secure bill pay web site. You may access this day or night.
If your insurance is an HMO/managed care plan and you are required to obtain a referral from your primary care physician, the referral must be obtained before you can be seen for an office visit. Please coordinate this with your primary care physician in advance. Appointments will be rescheduled if required referrals are not received in the office by the time of your visit.
